Quinte Mall is very proud to support the community! Over the years, many charitable organizations have set up at Quinte Mall to raise money and awareness. Want to know more? Read on and find out how your charitable group can too.

Who can use the charitable locations?

Any not-for-profit charitable group, organization or club that is able to provide a government-sanctioned charitable number is eligible to take advantage of the complimentary space in the common area at Quinte Mall. The location must be used solely for fundraising and information awareness activities.

We do our best to accommodate requests for space throughout the year. Space, however, is limited in the shopping centre in November and December.

What sort of charitable organizations will Quinte Mall host?

Some examples of groups that could be eligible are: the Cancer Society, the United Way, local school boards, sports teams, boy scouts, churches and service clubs. If you are unsure, please contact Gabriela Holmes at gholmes@20vic.com
 
How do charitable groups pre-register?

Space is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis only. We must receive your request, in writing, at least 6 weeks in advance.

You can submit your written request by mail, fax or in person at the Administration Office, Attention: Gabriela Holmes.

If your request is approved, your organization will be required to complete a Temporary Occupancy Agreement and provide a copy of $2 million liability insurance with additional insureds (details on agreement). Charities must also agree to abide by our standard rules and regulations, which includes displays that must be staffed at all times.

Please note: Every year Quinte Mall tracks the number of non-profit/community groups that come to our centres and use our facilities. As well, we make an estimate of the monies that each group raises. We ask that all non-profit groups and organizations fill out the sales form provided at the end of your booking and hand it in to the Administration office or mail or fax the form, attention Gabriela Holmes.
